MLOGIX Manual

This manual covers all functional areas of the MLOGIX platform. Use the left navigation to jump directly to the section you need.

Influencer Database

The influencer database is your central directory of all creators you work with or want to work with.

Connected Platforms

Multiple social media profiles can be stored for each influencer, showing profile picture, username, follower count and engagement rate.

Automatic Data Updates

Follower counts and engagement rates are updated automatically in the background every day.

TikTok Data

For TikTok profiles, likes, comments and video count are also tracked. Engagement rate is calculated from the last 30 posts.

Filter & Search

Filter by platform, follower range, engagement rate, tags and assignee. Results can be exported as CSV.

Status Workflow

Change Status

The campaign status reflects the current state. Some transitions trigger automatic actions.

Assign Influencers

Add any number of influencers to a campaign. Set fee, platform, content type and deadline separately for each.

Filter & Search

Filter the campaign list by status, period, assignee and tags.

Lead Pipeline

The Lead Pipeline is your CRM for prospective clients.

Pipeline Stages

Kanban View

Each lead goes through up to 7 stages. Drag and drop leads between columns or change status in the detail view.

Automatic Follow-up

Set a follow-up date for any lead. Once the deadline passes, the lead is automatically moved to the Follow-up column - even if you are not logged in.

Convert Lead

When a lead is won, convert it to a client with one click — all information is transferred.

Activity Log

Every status change, note, call, or email is logged in the activity timeline. You can edit the date and content of any activity afterwards. The sidebar also displays the first contact date.

Filter & Sort

Filter leads by stage, assignee and creation date.

Task Management

The task system helps you and your team keep track of all pending activities.

AI Matching

The matching module helps you find the right influencers for your campaigns.

How it works

Describe your target audience in natural language. The system analyses all influencers in your database and returns a ranked list.

AI Suggestions

Once you save a campaign with briefing text, the system automatically generates matching suggestions.

Creator Discovery

Use the Discovery tab to search for influencers not yet in your database.

Found creators can be added to the database and assigned to a campaign with one click.

Sidekick AI

Sidekick is the built-in AI assistant of MLOGIX — answering questions, analysing campaign data and creating charts.

Charts & Diagrams

Ask Sidekick for a chart — it automatically picks the right type and renders it in the chat.

KPI Cards

Sidekick can output compact KPI cards on request.

Link Tracking

Create individual tracking links for influencers and measure exactly which creator drives traffic.

Create Link

Enter a destination URL and choose a short name. MLOGIX generates a tracking link that records all clicks.

Conversion Tracking

Through pixel integration you can attribute purchases and conversions directly to influencer links.

Bio Pages

Create individual landing pages for influencers — perfect for the link in bio on Instagram or TikTok.

Benchmarking

Compare the performance of multiple links and find out which influencers deliver the best ROI.

Calendar

The Calendar brings all scheduled items together in one monthly view: tasks with due dates, lead follow-ups, and planned content posts. Color coding instantly shows which type each entry belongs to. Use the filters to focus on specific types, and click any entry to see its details.

Platform Assignment

Each content entry is assigned to a platform. Tasks show the related campaign, lead follow-ups show the company name. Click 'Open' to jump directly to the detail view.

Keep track of your numbers — revenue, campaign results, influencer performance and budget usage at a glance.

The dashboard can be customised with over 20 tiles. Drag and drop tiles to the desired position and save the layout as a template.

Client & Influencer Portal

Clients and influencers each get their own view — with exactly the information relevant to them.

Communication & Collaboration

MLOGIX offers three communication layers: direct messages, campaign chats and a notification system.

Direct Messages

Send direct messages to any member of your agency. Messages are delivered in real time.

Campaign Chat

Each campaign has its own chat channel. All assigned team members join automatically.

Sending GIFs

In any chat you can search and send GIFs directly. Click the smiley icon in the chat toolbar, pick a GIF from the trending suggestions or search for something specific — the GIF is sent immediately as a message.

Support Tickets

The built-in ticketing system lets your team track internal requests and issues without external tools.

Create Ticket

Tickets are created with title, description, priority and optional category. Each ticket gets an automatic number and its own message thread.

Contracts & Invoices

Create, send and manage contracts and invoices directly from MLOGIX.

Contracts

Create contracts based on your own templates. The counterparty receives a link by email to sign digitally without an account.

Invoices

Invoices can be generated directly from campaign fees. Enable online payment by credit card — clients receive a payment link.
